I’m fascinated by our human condition, and my 22 years working as a psychologist leave me in constant awe of us humans.

In my psychotherapy work, I mix in my initial systemic psychology framework, with the science of attachment styles & the nervous system, our unconscious patterns + Tibetan Buddhism studies, Pathwork, Yoga, oracle cards, my experience living with many cultures around the globe, my dedication to nature connection + nature therapy, intuition, astrology, inquiry into non duality, radical acceptance, and deep presencing.

More and more, I am incorporating my experience and studies of Body Mind Centering in the psychotherapy sessions, as it provides a beautiful way to work somatically.

My practice is greatly influenced by the work of Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Diane Poole Heller, Dr. Bessel van Der Kolk, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Pat Ogden, Dr. Janina Fisher, and other leading edge trauma & attachment experts.

These sessions help you live life differently. You get to know yourself deeply. You contact with the unconscious patterns that are responsible for the choices you make in life. You start to feel safer. You expand your sense of Self. You accept and integrate. You have space to express your emotions. You can let go of old ways of doing things, and open yourself to new ways of living. You grow. And life becomes better.

You will live more gracefully + feel much more at ease and in flow. Life will be more whole.

How will the session look like?

It’s impossible to have an outline, because every session is unique. Here are some important points:

  • We start where you are, without needing to be anywhere else. It’s your process, and we honour it.

  • It’s a non judgemental space that is also confidential.

  • This is your time and space. I’m deeply present to you in our time together.

  • There are no right or wrong questions or answers from you. It’s all valid & welcomed.

  • Typically we do a check in, and connect with what’s present. We take it from there, and may use a variety of tools - from attachment style work, balancing the nervous system, eco-psychology, spiritual reframing, somatic work, yoga, Buddhism, meditation, breathing exercises, deep ecology, and others.
