These sessions blend my spiritual knowledge with decades of lived experience: 25+ years as a psychotherapist, 30 years studying Buddhism, 22 years nomadic life, traveling to 101 countries, working with tarot and oracle cards for over 30 years, and training in Psychology, somatic practices, attachment work, and trauma healing. This depth of study and practice allows me to offer grounded guidance that integrates both ancient wisdom traditions and modern therapeutic understanding.
